Job Title: Athletic Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Athletic Trainer to join our team at Pasadena Area Community College District. As an Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for providing medical care and support to our student-athletes, as well as developing and implementing injury prevention and treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and prevent athletic injuries and illnesses
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and treatment programs
  • Provide medical care and support to student-athletes
  • Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and other staff members to ensure the health and well-being of student-athletes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of injuries and illnesses
Requirements:
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Three years of experience as an Athletic Trainer
  • Certification by the National Athletic Trainers Association or a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Head Athletic Trainer
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
  • Master's degree in Sports Medicine or related field
