Fisher Industries is a leading provider of aggregate production and heavy civil construction services. We are seeking a highly skilled Crusher Foreman to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a work crew and ensure efficient operation of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with setup and teardown of plants, and perform general maintenance and repair as required.
- Individual must be able to lift objects weighing 80 pounds on a regular basis.
- Perform all duties within safety guidelines set by M.S.H.A. and company policy.
- Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of verifiable working experience as foreman or supervisor of construction crusher crews.
- M.S.H.A. certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Able to operate equipment efficiently to maintain project specifications.
- Team player with good understanding of Gradations.
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment and ability to perform routine maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of welding and using a cutting torch.
- Fluent on Apple products and basic computer skills in Excel and Word.
- Willing to work long shifts and able to work weekends.
- Must be willing to travel to other jobsites in New Mexico.
