Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage inventory processes, including month-end counts, ordering, and shipping.
  2. Efficiently handle incoming calls, ensuring professional communication with customers.
  3. Welcome and assist in-person visitors and suppliers with a courteous approach.
  4. Conduct data entry for delivery tickets, work orders, and account details.
  5. Perform various administrative tasks, such as copying, printing, and filing documents.
  6. Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  7. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficient in various computer applications.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.

  • Capability to sit for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a moderately noisy environment.
