Position Overview:

The EADS Group, Inc. is a well-established multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm, actively seeking a qualified Civil Engineering Consultant to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced professional to contribute to our expanding operations. This role will primarily focus on providing engineering solutions related to municipal infrastructure, site development, and gas distribution systems.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing project execution. Key responsibilities include the creation of design documents and collaboration with a team on various engineering projects.


The ideal applicant will possess strong leadership abilities and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in municipal engineering projects, including but not limited to Wastewater, Potable Water, Storm Water Management, Site Development, and Natural Gas Distribution System Design.


Essential qualifications include familiarity with regulatory processes, experience in proposal development, project oversight, and proficiency in engineering software such as Autodesk Civil 3D.


Preferred candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, be licensed as a Professional Engineer in West Virginia (or be eligible for licensure), and demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
