As a Psychiatrist in this role, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality mental health services to our veteran population. Your expertise will be invaluable in addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and medical co-morbidities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans for veterans with mental health conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions to promote mental health and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance mental health services
- Full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any US state or territory
- Board certification in psychiatry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Competitive salary range: $250,000 - $300,000 per year
