Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their mental health and well-being.
  • Provide direct service provision, including counseling, therapy, and support services to clients.
  • Manage client risk and safety, ensuring a secure and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a related field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology.
  • At least two years of experience working with children and families or in a related human services field.
  • Ability to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.
  • Pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence, a good driving record, and insurability under the corporate policy.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base pay ranges from $21.85 per hour, based on experience, with additional supplemental pay (up to 8% of base pay) for LifeView Group team members.
