Key Responsibilities

Deliver swift assessment and intervention for patients experiencing urgent medical issues in a dynamic emergency room environment.

Administer medications, execute procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize patients and ensure the best possible outcomes.

Continuously monitor patient vital signs, treatment responses, and any changes in condition, modifying care plans as needed to meet urgent requirements.


Advocate for patient needs and facilitate care transitions, including admissions to inpatient units or referrals to specialized services.

Provide education to patients and their families regarding post-emergency care instructions, follow-up appointments, and community resources for ongoing assistance.

Essential Qualifications

Current RN license

BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)

Two years of recent ER RN experience

Strong communication and adaptability skills.
