### Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Project Architect to become a vital part of our innovative team. This role is essential for ensuring the effective management and coordination of architectural projects from conception to completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Project Leadership: Oversee the translation of design ideas into detailed construction documents, leading the development of project plans and ensuring all communications are clear and organized.
  2. Document Oversight: Manage the creation and organization of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely reproduction while tracking progress effectively.
  3. Quality Control: Collaborate with design teams to ensure all documents meet client expectations and compliance standards, supporting project managers in meeting deadlines.
  4. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams, facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Construction Support: Assist project managers during the construction phase by monitoring progress, reviewing submissions, and ensuring adherence to project specifications.

**Required Competencies:**

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex information effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, promoting a cooperative approach to project management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing project needs and challenges proactively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in REVIT and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on maintaining high-quality project documentation.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze information and develop effective solutions.

**Position Qualifications:**

- **Education:** A four-year accredited degree in Architecture is required. Registration as an Architect is advantageous.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of professional architectural experience, particularly in construction administration and document production.

- **Software Proficiency:** Essential proficiency in REVIT, along with experience in the Microsoft Office Suite.
