About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Advanced Cardiac Imaging Specialist to join our team of renowned pediatric cardiologists at Cleveland Clinic Children's. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to lead and advance our imaging operations, education, and research.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have formal training in advanced cardiac imaging techniques and clinical experience in fetal echocardiography and cross-sectional imaging. The individual will be responsible for leading our existing team of 11 imagers, focusing on imaging operations, education, and research. We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation ranging from $220,000 to $320,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the imaging team to achieve high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement advanced imaging protocols and strategies to improve diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to advance knowledge and best practices in pediatric cardiac imaging.
  • Teach and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and expertise.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Cardiology.
  • Formal fourth-year advanced imaging training or commensurate clinical experience in fetal echocardiography and/or cross-sectional imaging.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with colleagues.
