Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist - Auto Damage Appraiser to join our team at Liberty Mutual Insurance. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for resolving auto damage claims in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of damage and estimate repair costs.
  • Communicate with customers to explain the claims process and provide updates on the status of their claim.
  • Work with auto body shops and other vendors to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the claims process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in auto damage appraisal or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
