We provide convenient access to high-quality, compassionate care through our clinics, which offer a range of services, including primary care, specialty care, and mental health services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor electronic medical records throughout the day to capture referral requests in real-time.
  • Prepare electronic treatment authorization requests (eTARs) and pre-authorizations as required.
  • Utilize third-party payer/insurance portals to communicate with specialists and other healthcare providers.
  • Apply expertise in CPT and ICD-10 codes to meet the requirements of third-party payers and specialty clinics.
  • Assemble patient information, including clinical background and referral needs, to provide accurate and relevant data to specialists.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of medical office experience with previous hands-on knowledge of Medi-Cal, Medi-Cal Managed Care, Medicare, private insurance, and other alternate resources.
  • One year of customer service experience, answering multi-line phone calls and using computer-based applications in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 codes.
