Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and disposing of trash.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure that the store looks its best and that merchandise is accurately stocked.
