Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team at Legend Manufacturing. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of our high-quality trailers.

Your primary responsibilities will include assembling components of trailers, including frames, walls, roofs, and electrical systems, based on detailed blueprints and instructions. You will also operate power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and sanders to perform cutting, drilling, and fastening tasks.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of completed work, troubleshooting any issues or defects. You will work closely with your production team to meet daily targets and maintain an organized, efficient work environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with one or more of the following areas: carpentry, welding (MIG and TIG), fabrication, electrical systems, sheet metal handling, and power tool operation. You should also have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components of trailers, including frames, walls, roofs, and electrical systems, based on detailed blueprints and instructions.
  • Operate power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and sanders to perform cutting, drilling, and fastening tasks.
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of completed work, troubleshooting any issues or defects.
  • Work closely with your production team to meet daily targets and maintain an organized, efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience with one or more of the following areas: carpentry, welding (MIG and TIG), fabrication, electrical systems, sheet metal handling, and power tool operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or a similar assembly role is preferred.
