Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Aerospace Assembler. In this role, you will play a vital part in assembling aerospace components and systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality components. A background in manufacturing or a related field is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble intricate aerospace parts and systems using detailed blueprints and work instructions.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests on assembled components, identifying any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities for reporting and quality control purposes.
  • Work closely with engineers, quality, and other assembly team members to resolve issues and optimize assembly processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing experience (1+ years).
  • Able to bend, stand, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications.
  • Punctuality, positivity, and a team player attitude.

Compensation:

$16/hr plus overtime after 40 hours/week (1.5x). Benefits include Spark health benefits starting on the first day, client health benefits including medical, dental, and vision, and weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card.
