Position Overview:
The Technical Product Owner for Regulatory & Compliance in the realm of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is tasked with overseeing data integrity, troubleshooting issues, system configuration, and providing technical assistance for various operational units.
This role collaborates with diverse business sectors to articulate, document, and advise on both functional and technical specifications that facilitate daily operations and support the strategic growth of the organization.
As integral components of Chick-fil-A, Inc., the operational units focus on delivering tailored food production and distribution services to meet the evolving demands of Chick-fil-A restaurants.
The operational framework consists of three primary elements:
1. Distribution Centers: Advanced facilities that store supplies for Chick-fil-A restaurants.
2. Production Facilities: Offsite locations that prepare select ingredients and menu offerings for Chick-fil-A restaurants.
3. Transportation: An expanding fleet of delivery vehicles dedicated to servicing Chick-fil-A restaurants.
- Identify and propose system enhancements based on business requirements and technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and validate integration points across the operational network.
- Document system deficiencies for the product backlog to inform future enhancements.
- Lead the development of configurations and supporting documentation to facilitate change management and user training across multiple systems.
- Provide advanced operational support for CMMS, employing troubleshooting techniques to mitigate business disruptions.
- Work with IT leadership to establish project methodologies and timelines.
- Document current and future business process requirements, including data flows and reporting needs.
- Support new site implementations and major rollouts to ensure effective adoption and stabilization.
- Oversee testing phases for implementations to ensure systems meet stakeholder needs.
- Manage multiple projects across various entities to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Coordinate software upgrades with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role or similar.
- 8+ years of experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or comparable systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various departments and external teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth understanding of data requirements and flows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise systems.
- 10+ years of experience with CMMS in manufacturing or distribution settings.
- Extensive experience in configuration and support of CMMS.
- Familiarity with integrations between SaaS-based systems and third-party stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management across enterprise systems.
- Experience in business process management.
Travel Requirements:
Up to 20%
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
