About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Program Director to join our team at Katalyst Systems Impact LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and growing our program operations within assigned locations and supervising personnel involved.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Implementation and Growth
    Ensure the effective delivery of our program model, maintaining program fidelity while meeting funding resource expectations.
  2. Partnership Development
    Establish partnerships with customer agencies and community stakeholders, overseeing recruitment, training, assignment, and engagement of volunteers.
  3. Leadership and Supervision
    Provide day-to-day leadership for program staff, developing knowledge and understanding of all programs and local operations. Directly supervise coordinator roles and indirectly supervise Youth Development Specialists and Curriculum Facilitators.
  4. Reporting and Data Analysis
    Review and analyze available data regularly to ensure the program is running effectively, providing reports as required and directed.
  5. Special Projects and Other Duties
    Attend meetings and trainings as needed, completing special projects and other duties assigned by the organization.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
    Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, education, business, or a related field desired; master's degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience working with an adolescent population and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a community agency.
  2. Knowledge and Skills
    Understanding of effective interventions for at-risk and justice-involved youth, knowledge of case management principles, and ability to communicate with diverse populations of youth.
  3. Leadership and Management
    Leadership skills that maximize the strengths and abilities of staff and volunteers, ability to manage programs, relationships, and budgets across multiple locations.
  4. Other Requirements
    Must be at least 21 years of age or older, ability to manage a classroom of youth, and have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance in the state of work.
