Job Description
This full-time position is responsible for leading our rehabilitation services team, developing and implementing programs to improve patient outcomes, and collaborating with our administration and clinical teams to drive business excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our patients and comply with regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff to achieve our goals
- Foster a culture of service excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with our administration and clinical teams to drive business excellence and improve quality of care
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP-CCC
- CPR and BLS certifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary Range
$95,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
