Job Title: Provider Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Provider Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Central California Alliance for Health (Remote). As a key member of our Provider Services Department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective provider recruitment strategies to expand our network of healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct professional-level healthcare provider recruitment efforts and related activities to identify and engage potential providers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new providers, ensuring a seamless transition into our network.
  • Perform research and analysis to identify opportunities for network expansion and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a managed care environment performing provider network development, provider relations, and/or provider contracting activities.
  • Proven track record of successful provider recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
