Ramp Service Agent

As a Ramp Service Agent with Alaska Airlines, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport ground crew. Your primary responsibility will be to perform below-wing functions, including loading and offloading luggage and cargo, transporting luggage and cargo to various airport locations, and maintaining ramp and warehouse areas.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. You will be responsible for marshaling and pushing back aircraft, as well as maintaining airport security clearance.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid unexpired driver's license, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis. You will also be required to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification, depending on your work location.
