Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly qualified Attorney to enhance our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in Family Law, DUI, Personal Injury Law, and Commercial Litigation. You will engage with a diverse array of cases, providing thorough legal counsel and representation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert legal guidance in Family Law, DUI, Personal Injury Law, and Commercial Litigation.
  • Advocate for clients in court or before governmental bodies, presenting evidence for defense or prosecution in civil or criminal matters.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate closing statements.
  • Oversee all stages of the litigation process, from investigation and pleadings to trial and appeal.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to bolster client cases and legal opinions.
  • Negotiate settlements in civil litigation.
  • Foster client relationships and maintain effective communication regarding their legal matters.
  • Collaborate with legal colleagues to ensure optimal representation for clients.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law institution.
  • At least 5 years of legal practice experience, particularly in Family Law, DUI, Personal Injury Law, and Commercial Litigation.
  • Must hold a valid license to practice law and be in good standing with the state bar.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to client confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases effectively with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven success in courtroom settings and high client satisfaction.
