Job Summary:
The Sports Bar Department Director will oversee the daily operations of a sports bar, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving business results through effective management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a sports bar or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures.
