Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team at JP Logistics & Consulting LLC. This role requires the individual to perform various tasks related to supply delivery, office moves, and conference room setup.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pack and deliver supplies, furniture, and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with intra- and inter-office moves of furniture, equipment, and boxes.
  • Set up and take down conference room furniture and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of on-site receiving and shipping areas.
Work Environment:

The job will be based in offices located in the Federal Triangle Complex, the Potomac Yard Complex, and the EPA warehouse in Hyattsville, MD. Support services operate between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Employees work a maximum of 40 hours per week; additional services may be required outside normal working hours.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $72,496 per annum, based on location and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, life and AD&D insurance, paid federal holidays, paid vacation, paid sick leave, health & welfare benefits, medical stipend, 401(k) plan, jury duty leave, military leave, bereavement leave, and parking benefit.
