Job Summary

Meta Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Women's Services Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Record and maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records
  • Perform technical aspects of patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Ensure patient safety and privacy at all times
  • Accurately interpret and document fetal monitor tracing
  • Place fetal scalp electrodes as needed and safely prepare patients for C-sections
  • Understand and implement physician orders for postpartum patients
  • Identify and respond to changing patient needs
  • Assist with vaginal deliveries, including vacuum or forceps deliveries
  • Provide newborn care at delivery
Requirements
  • Nevada RN License or in process
  • New Grads Accepted
  • Previous experience in Obstetrical Nursing preferred
  • Comfortable working days or nights
  • Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification a plus
