Your Role as an SLP:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse communication and language needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive screenings and evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique goals.
  • Providing evidence-based speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
  • Collaborating effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
  • Monitoring and documenting student progress to track their growth and development.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
