Job Title: 2X10 Call Center Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as 2X10 Call Center Agents. As a 2X10 Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a satisfactory manner.
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to answer customer questions accurately and efficiently.
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff for resolution as needed.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system.
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
  • State or Federal work experience.
