Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at The Meadows of Leipsic. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, including setting up the dining room and meal trays
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, including cleaning duties and dishwashing
  • Assist in the daily cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, including responding to their needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure the highest quality of food service
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in a restaurant or food service setting is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
