The Department of Orthopaedics at UNC Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Athletic Trainer to join our team. With over 40,000 diverse employees, we are committed to improving the health and well-being of unique communities.

This position operates as a key member of the healthcare team, providing evaluation and clinical skills specific to patient care. As an Athletic Trainer, you will be part of a skilled clinical team comprised of Medical Assistants, Nurses, Orthopedic Cast technicians, Medical Apprentices, and other Athletic Trainers.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the use of relevant medical terminology. A Bachelors degree in an appropriate discipline and BLS for healthcare providers are required.

We offer a competitive salary of $ $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our facilities are strategically positioned to serve a wider population across four locations.
