About the RoleThis is a full-time, 36-hour per week position with a 12-hour night shift schedule. The successful candidate will have a strong background in oncology nursing and experience working with high-acuity patients. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing bone marrow transplants
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient symptoms and side effects
- Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest treatments and technologies
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- At least 2 years of experience in ICU or oncology nursing
- Experience working with high-acuity patients
- BLS certification
