Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the five Key Plant Control Factors of Safety, Quality, Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Relations, and Operational Excellence.
- Develop and implement effective production strategies to maximize throughput and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of production employees to achieve high-quality results and meet production targets.

Requirements
