Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nuclear medicine department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of nuclear medicine technologists, ensuring efficient and safe delivery of high-quality service to patients.
  • Department Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nuclear medicine department, including providing input on departmental policies and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and maintain exam protocols to ensure high-quality imaging.
  • Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of nuclear medicine technologists, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Communication: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: Must be ARRT (N) or CNMT certified, and obtain a license from the Maryland Board of Physicians Quality Assurance.
