We are seeking a skilled Line Marking Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various painting machinery utilized in the application and upkeep of parking lots and extensive site projects. Our goal is to provide top-notch line marking services.
The ideal applicant must possess at least 2 years of striping experience, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and be a collaborative team member. This position offers full-time hours, ensuring 40 hours of work per week, with a pay range of $18 - $25 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a truck equipped with striping tools or a walk-behind striping machine, depending on project size.
- Interpret blueprints that outline the layout, measuring lines and symbols for precision.
- Transport vehicles to and from job sites daily, preparing, loading, and unloading equipment for each assignment.
- Operate machinery for power cleaning, line striping, grinding, and painting tasks.
- Conduct layouts for striping projects.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with various types of striping paints is essential.
- A clean driver's license is required.
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism.
- Basic mechanical understanding of machinery is preferred.
