Plant Financial Strategist

Overview

The Judge Group seeks a highly skilled Plant Financial Strategist to join its leadership team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving member development, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to achieve plant key performance metrics, emphasizing cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate relationships across all levels of the plant, including Core Team, Team Leaders, and Floor Members.
• Take a hands-on approach to understanding all aspects of plant operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Translate data into actionable insights, leveraging the company's data-rich environment to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop clear and concise dashboards that communicate operational and financial metrics effectively.
• Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, linking operational metrics to financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with the central cost accounting team to align efforts.
• Evaluate business opportunities, contribute to capital decisions, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Establish procedures and controls for accurate product costing and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (required).
• CMA, CPA, and/or MBA (preferred).
• Six or more years of accounting and finance experience, including management roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and product costing.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
