CSI Group, LLP is a leading Accounting Firm with multiple locations in NJ and NY. We are seeking an experienced Woodcraft Specialist to join our Construction Department.

Job Description

The Woodcraft Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, including wood framing, drywall installation, finishing, tile installation, painting, and flooring installation. Electrical/IT background is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and installing wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work
  • Installing large electronics such as TVs, cameras, computers, and more
  • Selecting lumber by size and strength to suit each job, sourcing wood to meet customer needs and budget
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • An associate degree or apprenticeship in carpentry is preferred
  • Electrical and/or IT background is beneficial
  • Creativity and design skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
  • Experience using hand and power tools such as drills, chisels, sanders, saws, and nail guns
  • Joinery or cabinet-making skills
