We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to customers.
- Perform cashiering, stockroom upkeep, and store upkeep as needed.
- Maintain company standards regarding personal sales metrics.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role include standing for approximately 5-8 hours per day, usually 3-5 days per week. During peak sales periods, you may work for long periods throughout a 1-12 hour day. You will also be required to stoop, kneel, reach, and pull to place merchandise on customers' feet and to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks. You may be required to climb a ladder or ascend/descend stairs to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale. You will be required to lift items weighing 5-25 lbs regularly, with occasional heavier weights.
Benefits:
As a Store Associate with JD Group, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly rate of $14.20 per hour. You will also be eligible for our company 401K plan, as well as medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off.
