Achieve Excellence in Vehicle Repair
The Auto Body Technician will provide exceptional and successful customer experiences through meticulous assessment and quality repair of each customer's vehicle. Restoring vehicles back to their pre-accident condition requires thorough disassembly, repair, and reassembly, working closely with team members to achieve repair facilities' KPIs and serving as a dedicated Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Execute the WOW plan consistently.
  2. Prepare cost estimates and plan necessary repairs.
  3. Utilize various tools to repair vehicle sections.
  4. Repair minor body damage, applying filler resins when necessary.
  5. Realign car chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
  6. Remove damaged sections, replacing them with new or aftermarket parts.
  7. Repair or replace glass and windshields as needed.
  8. Fix or replace interior parts.
  9. Weld, attach, and fit parts into place, then repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or agreed-upon equivalent.
  10. Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
