Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch lawn care services to residential and commercial customers. This includes mowing, aeration, pruning, mosquito control, and snow removal, among other tasks.
You will work independently, driving company vehicles to customer locations and interacting with clients to assess their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Your ability to build rapport with customers and deliver high-quality results will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide lawn care services to residential and commercial customers, including mowing, aeration, pruning, mosquito control, and snow removal
- Consult with customers to assess their needs and provide personalized service
- Drive company vehicles to customer locations and work independently in various weather conditions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Motivated and willing to learn
