Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for applying systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases, from concept to retirement. You will interact with customers to address technical considerations and resolve issues, and communicate with program personnel, customer overseers, and senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply systems engineering principles to ensure technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed
  • Interact with customers to address technical considerations and resolve issues
  • Communicate with program personnel, customer overseers, and senior executives
  • Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of work products
  • Analyze technical alternatives for projects and make preliminary recommendations
  • Independently analyze and recommend alternatives for elements of project technical design

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline
  • 10 years of systems engineering experience
  • Expert or mastery level knowledge of work area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
  • Ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs, or systems
