About the RoleIn this position, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children and families who are navigating difficult experiences like trauma, abuse, and neglect. Our therapists provide in-home, trauma-informed individual and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
You will be responsible for conducting diagnostic interviews, creating tailored treatment plans, and providing high-quality clinical interventions. You will also have the chance to expand your clinical skills through training and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting diagnostic interviews to assess client needs
- Crafting personalized treatment plans that address specific client goals
- Delivering effective, trauma-informed therapy sessions to individuals and families
