Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital. As a key member of our Medical-Surgical Department, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within the guidelines of nursing standards.
  • Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment, educating patients and their families on managing their illness or injury, including post-treatment home care needs and medication administration.
  • Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, as well as professional development.
  • Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient, family, or caregiver, in accordance with established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
Requirements
  • Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing
  • No experience required, but a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
  • RN licensure
