Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess:

• A High School diploma or equivalent; a College Degree is preferred
• At least six months of relevant experience in the hospitality or service sector
• Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the workplace
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Point of Sale systems
• Mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory management

Responsibilities:

The Mixologist will be responsible for:

• Taking beverage orders from patrons and serving them promptly
• Crafting cocktails and beverages according to established standards
• Providing snacks or food items as requested
• Maintaining cleanliness of glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
• Creating visually appealing displays of beverages
• Assisting in the planning and organization of the bar menu
• Addressing guest feedback and concerns promptly
• Handling cash transactions and balancing receipts
• Ensuring compliance with age verification for alcohol service
• Monitoring guest behavior to promote a safe environment
• Maintaining inventory levels of bar supplies
• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
