Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech-language pathology and audiology services to residents in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve cognitive, communication, and swallowing abilities in residents.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify residents' needs and provide targeted therapy sessions to enhance their quality of life and daily function.
- Collaborate with residents to enhance their understanding and ability to communicate effectively.
- Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as facility policies.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- MO State License and CCC-certified SLP required.
- Compact license allowed, must be verified.
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment.
- 2 years of SLP experience in LTC or Rehab setting.
