We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Technician to join our team at Fast Pace Health. As a Clinical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing clinical and administrative support to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical support to healthcare providers, including preparing exam and treatment rooms, triaging patients, and assisting with lab testing and phlebotomy.
- Assist with patient intake, including checking vitals, performing blood draws, and giving injections.
- Observe patients, charting, and reporting changes in patients' conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment.
- Assist with minor procedures and physicals, and prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
- Arrange referrals to specialists and obtain pre-authorizations when directed by the provider.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as an MA, EMT, or Paramedic in a clinic setting, preferably urgent care.
- Current CPR license required.
