Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at Go Healthcare, Inc. in Dahlonega, Georgia. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.

Job Summary:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients to identify physical therapy needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs and goals.
  • Provide physical therapy services, including exercises, modalities, and education.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
