We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at IFS Industries. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of production personnel to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control and safety standards in the department.
  • Coordinate staffing, materials, and maintenance to meet productivity expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and OSHA regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with management staff to address productivity, quality, and employee performance issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Availability to work 3rd Shift (11pm-7am).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA, State, and Federal employee regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
