Required Skills:

  • Experience with messaging standards for government entities, such as Overhead Persistent GEOINT Architecture and C2MS.
  • Queueing, Messaging, and Background Processing experience using ZeroMQ, RabbitMQ, or Apache Kafka, and gRPC message interface brokers.
  • Cybersecurity scanning, STIGs, HW/SW requirements, and verification methods.
  • Python skills for scripting/automation on an open framework such as MDPAF.
  • ELK Stack experience for Cybersecurity, SE, Test, Infrastructure assessment.
  • Experience developing containerized software and multiple containerized applications that interface together – Kubernetes, Docker, PodMan, Docker Compose, OpenShift.
  • Linux and/or Windows development lifecycles.
  • Software Engineering/Development experience, including a deep knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C/C++, and/or Python.

Desired Skills:

  • USSF FORGE MDPAF development and/or architecture experience.
  • ActiveMQ, pub/sub for message bus data transport.
  • Experience working in a SAFe Agile development environment.
  • DevSecOps automated integration.
  • Development experience with HTML5, CSS3 web standards, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working on DoD/security development projects.
  • Hybrid platforms (Cloud, OnPremise, standalone) software development.

Clearance Requirements:

Top Secret SCI clearance required to start.
