Audiology Specialist

At Drs. Girgis & Associates, we are seeking a highly qualified Audiologist to join our team in the Chicago western suburbs.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to provide comprehensive diagnostic testing, hearing consultations, and complete hearing aid services to our patients.

• Perform diagnostic hearing evaluations across the lifespan as ordered by the physicians
• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, including tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, DPOAEs, and visual reinforcement audiometry
• Fits and dispenses hearing aids, performs repairs and maintenance, and counsels patients on hearing loss and prevention
• Completes earmold impressions, performs real-ear measurements, and selects and programs assistive listening devices
• Maintains patient confidentiality, complies with HIPAA guidelines, and adds patients to the schedule and creates encounter notes
• Scans audiograms and VNG reports into patient charts and completes chart notes for hearing aid patients

• Previous experience working in an ENT practice setting (preferred)
• Current Illinois licensure
• ASHA certification

Monday-Thursday with 1 half day Saturday per month, Tuesday evening

Starting salary from $75,000 plus commissions
