Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines, ensuring accurate program execution
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including fluid checks and debris removal
  • Conduct inspections of machined parts to ensure quality standards
  • Make necessary adjustments to programs, particularly regarding tool offsets
  • Replace tools as needed, including inserts and end mills
  • Maintain accurate documentation for part traceability

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in CNC machine operation and part handling techniques
  • Familiarity with machine maintenance protocols
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T symbols
  • Proficient in using measurement and inspection tools
  • Basic knowledge of CNC programming language
  • Experience with tool installation and removal
  • Adherence to company-specific handling and identification procedures

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years of age
  • Physical capability to lift up to 20 pounds and remain standing for extended periods
