Junior Legal Practitioner

We are a progressive and expanding legal practice, focusing on various domains including Personal Injury, Employment Law, and First Amendment rights. We seek a qualified individual who possesses practical experience in Personal Injury and Employment Law.

This is a REMOTE POSITION, designed for those who prefer flexibility in their work environment. We also welcome part-time applicants.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional writing and drafting skills. Admission to practice law in New Jersey and New York is mandatory.

Compensation ranges from $40 to $60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

• Conduct legal research, prepare for and participate in hearings or other legal proceedings, and provide general legal counsel under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Assist clients in identifying effective solutions to legal disputes and strategize the best courses of action.
• Work collaboratively with clients, senior associates, and support staff to facilitate efficient case resolutions.
• Draft correspondence and legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for negotiations and proceedings.

• Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for interacting with various levels of staff and clients.
• Successful completion of the bar examination is required.
• A willingness to learn from experienced attorneys to meet client needs and expand our client base.
