Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in a moderate to high acuity setting, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in precepting new staff, promoting a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
- Competitive hourly rate of $00 per hour, plus travel package/stipend.
