Job Summary
PF Miami Developers LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Front Desk Sales Associate. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and providing exceptional service to members, prospective members, and guests.

As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a superior level of customer service while promoting our Judgement Free Zone. You will work an overnight shift, greeting members and guests, assisting with questions or concerns, and helping to resolve any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment, be 18 years of age or older, and willing to become CPR/AED certified. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are also required. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club.
  • Assist with questions or concerns and help resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform membership-related functions such as sign-ups, contact/billing information updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances, and transferring memberships.
  • Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals in compliance with PCI policy.
